1. Co-work with algorithm team and propose a hardware architecture to meet the PPA criteria for the new ECC function.

2. Co-work with DV team to check the function correctness also check the whole PCS link is worked with the new ECC function .

3. Co-work with SA team to check the validation plan and debug on FPGA and real silicon.

4. Implement the new ECC block and handle the RTL quality check.

5. Provide the physical information to solve the synthesis & APR timing and congestion issue.
