Dear Cathay Pacific recruitment team,

My name is LEE SZU KAI. The purpose of this letter is to apply for the position of flight crew member at Cathay Pacific.

My gentle and patient personality led me to be a ground staff at United Airlines. I not only enjoy servicing passengers from around the world but also get their feedback and positive comments by well collaborating with colleagues on every duty.

I not only got knowledge of the aviation and airport operations, but also improved my observation skills and attentiveness from my work. My responsibilities also involved in handling demanding customer and passengers with special needs such as wheelchairs, pregnant , or those feeling unwell.

When I have duty at the boarding gate, My duties involve not only ensuring that meal supplies and water quantities are sufficient before boarding but also understanding how to collaborate with crews who are from different countries. Each crew member has their own culture, and when working with those who are difficult to work with, I always make them feel my sincerity. I meet their requests as much as possible to ensure that boarding proceeds on schedule because I hope my flights could always be on time.

However, I would like to become a flight attendant because this position has more opportunities to experience different cultures and challenges. I know that Cathay Pacific will give me the place that I can collaborate with flight crew members with different nationalities which allowing me to immerse myself in multi-cultures society. I am confidently ready to become a part of Cathay Pacific in the future.
