Hello, my name is Chi-Chia Wu.

During my undergraduate studies, I developed a strong interest in video production. I participated in the LTD Program at Tunghai University, where I was responsible for filming, editing, conducting interviews, and facilitating communication. This experience helped me cultivate communication and interpersonal skills early on. At the same time, I worked at the university’s Computer Center front desk, assisting students and faculty with IT issues. This role taught me how to establish standard operating procedures (SOPs) for problem-solving and gave me hands-on experience in frontline customer service.

While in graduate school, I co-founded a freelance studio with friends, taking charge of website development projects. I handled initial client consultations, feature design, schedule planning, and progress tracking. Over time, I became the primary point of contact due to my ability to manage client relations effectively. Before graduation, I joined Tsai Wei International as a project planner, where I participated in several large-scale projects. These experiences gave me deep insights into development processes, resource coordination, and cross-functional communication—forming the foundation of my core project management competencies.

After graduating, I worked at Taiwan Fixed Network as a Product Manager, where I gained comprehensive knowledge of the telecom industry—from product design and development to enterprise implementation. I was responsible for writing product manuals, conducting user training, and assisting major clients in adopting new communication software. I also continuously optimized the user interface and process flows based on feedback from sales teams and clients.

Later, I joined Shin Chuan Technology, where I worked on IoT-related applications and system integrations with various devices and monitoring systems. Due to project needs, I was also introduced to GIS applications. This experience led me to Ruijun Technology, where I further deepened my knowledge of geospatial data, spatial analysis, and technical implementation. I assisted clients in deploying monitoring solutions and tracking project outcomes.
