Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in diverse industries such as automotive displays, semiconductor materials, precision electronics, and energy storage. My primary responsibilities have focused on optimizing quality systems, improving product quality to meet customer needs, resolving quality emergencies, proposing improvements, and managing the quality department. As the head of the quality assurance department, I am proactive in resolving customer complaints and possess a strong enthusiasm for quality improvement and work efficiency. • (Semiconductor materials) Abnormal adhesion during shipment inspection results are found on the SPC trend chart. Responsible for investigating the situation, attributing it and improving the solution (the inspection fixture is contaminated).
• (Semiconductor materials) Establish an MSA SOP, start MSA (GRR) operations from 2023, discover thickness gauge accuracy problems, and provide improvement plans to the parent company.
• (Precision electronics industry) Establish a machine parts replacement plan to reduce machine failure and shutdown problems.
• (Precision electronics industry) Discover the cause of electroplating crystal blockage and solve the problem of poor liquid circulation.
• (LCD material) Serve as the new product application development PM, responsible for the coordination of internal and external work of the product line and product verification, so that new products can be successfully launched and sold.
• (Automotive displays) Responsible for the management and improvement of production line engineering changes, assisting important suppliers in quality coaching and optimization, and solving major quality problems.
