I have been working as a hotel security manager for over 6 years. During this period, I've been involved in the preparation for the opening of two hotels and the ongoing operation of two others. This experience has allowed myself to develop expertise in areas such as ERP, P&P and SOP development, operation loss prevention and risk control, occupational safety and health, fire protection, and third-party safety & security related audit preparation and execution. I have dealt with various challenging situations including earthquakes, typhoon, suicide attempts, restaurant fights, bomb threats, and other investigations and aftermath.
