• 5G Hardware Design and Validation

1.Responsible for the architecture design and development of 5G Femtocell hardware, ensuring compliance with product specifications and industry standards.

2.Validate hardware circuits, including the performance and stability of RF, baseband processing, and power management modules.

• Product Testing and Debugging

1.Develop and execute hardware testing plans for prototypes, resolving design issues identified during testing.

2.Utilize tools such as oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers to troubleshoot high-frequency and system-level issues.

• Mass Production Support

1.Support the technical transfer of 5G Femtocell from prototype design to mass production, assisting in the design and optimization of production test fixtures.

2.Coordinate with suppliers and manufacturers to address material, testing, and production issues.

• Cross-Department Collaboration and Support

1.Collaborate with RF engineers, software teams, and system teams to ensure seamless hardware and software integration.

2.Provide hardware technical documentation and training to support internal teams and external partners.

• Compliance with Regulations and Standards

Ensure hardware design meets international and regional communication standards (e.g., 3GPP, FCC) and certification requirements.

• Product: IPC, Gateway
• The RFQ stage provides HW surface information and integrates other unit information to assist in the quotation.
• Circuit design and co-work with each function team at the same time, and then assist the team to complete the layout.
• Complete BOM, and update BOM.
• Signal measurement of products.
• Bring-up products.
• Debug and avoid similar problems happening again.
• Maintenance after Mass Production.
• Instrument operation.
• Contact the manufacturer to make the material selection and visit the manufacturer's laboratory for measurement.
