· Conduct Supplier Assessments (SAM Audits) with corporate SSQM for New Supplier Selection

· Conduct periodic process audits on various critical processes like Heat treatment, Electro-plating, Powder Coating , Stamping , Injection Molding

· Responsible for Global Reporting of Plant Quality Metrics

· Coached Suppliers on Quality Tools like SPC, 8D , MSA , Pokayoke , FMEA , etc

Parts Localization

· Support localization of parts at Hyderabad Plant using PPAP for LV and MV & LV Switchgears

· Run Process Capability analyses (i.e. Cp,Cpk) on new parts manufacturing processes

• Integration of ‘Quality Management System requirements into business processes, in line with Quality Policy
• Ensuring effective implementation of Quality Gates / Milestones during PLM phase of product
• Establish and conduct product and process audits, identify improvement areas, contribute and co-ordinate in corrective action planning, monitor implementation of corrective actions in order to ensure product / process quality as per requirements
• Review quality performance of products / process regularly; Identify areas of improvement and develop new quality indicators / measurement system and support the implementation of quality improvement initiatives to enhance quality performance
• Support in Planning and coordination of deployment of quality objectives across cross-functional teams
• Regulation of generation, amendment and release of procedures / formats across the Organization
