• Managed the engineering segment of a large-scale cutover involving over hundreds pairs of cross-connections migrating from an older data center to a new facility.
• Facilitated communication with the data center landlord and other stakeholders to secure the timely placement of conduits and cross-connections.
• Tested align fiber assignments between new equipment to ensure functional integrity, improved fault tolerance, and increased bandwidth efficiency.

China Unicom Cloud-Based Optimization Project:

• Reallocated and reconfigured optical fiber ports between legacy and newly installed infrastructure.
• Assisted in migrating on-premise network components to cloud-based platforms and visualized environments.
• Coordinated with cross-functional teams to finalize the initial setup, network configuration, and verification processes, ensuring seamless integration and minimal service disruption.

China Mobile 2023 European Local Ring All-Optical Plane Project (Marseille) :

• Installed and commissioned newly deployed POP (Point of Presence) equipment within the data center environment, adhering to industry best practices and security protocols.
• Integrated new hardware into the CMI European ring and local loop topologies, ensuring seamless interoperability with existing network infrastructure.
• Conducted comprehensive testing, validation, and performance tuning to guarantee optimal throughput, low latency, and robust fault tolerance.
