My family arranged for me to go to the United States for future education. The transition was both exciting and challenging. From school plays to Basketball matches and even military high school life, I embraced every experience with open arms. After completing my education in the U.S., Taiwan's mandatory military service awaited me—a rite of passage for every young man. During those rigorous months, I learned discipline, teamwork, and resilience. The camaraderie among fellow soldiers left an indelible mark on my character. My career path took intriguing turns.
I began working for a consumer market distributor, where I honed my negotiation skills, navigated supply chains, and understood the pulse of the market. Later, fate led me to Macroblock LED Driver—a company at the forefront of cutting-edge technology. Here, I've contributed to innovative projects, collaborated with brilliant minds, and witnessed the mesmerizing glow of LED displays. My work has not only contributed to the advancement of LED technology but also fostered partnerships and drove business expansion. I spearheaded efforts to identify global end-customers seeking cutting-edge LED solutions, leveraging market research, industry insights, and strategic networking to connect with key decision-makers. Facilitated connections with 250 end customers across various regions, fostering partnerships and driving business expansion while Collaborating with the Marketing Department to create an engaging video introducing the IoT SATA box solution. This video showcased the seamless integration of Macroblock's technology into real-world applications.
In 2021, I was assigned to China to lead the expansion into the dynamic Shenzhen market, collaborating with local partners and clients. Conducted market research, identifying trends and opportunities in LED technology and display solutions. Established strong relationships with Shenzhen-based manufacturers, distributors, and industry influencers and facilitated cross-border projects, ensuring seamless communication between teams in Taiwan and Shenzhen.
