1. Engage in semiconductor wet etching process-related work, including experimental analysis, introduction of new generation equipment, and optimization program development, to improve factory process stability and efficiency, and enhance product yield.
2. Assist the company in introducing new generation wet etching equipment and wet etching BKM technology development to help the company develop products for different customers and different generations.
3. Development of new generation logic product wet etching process technology.
4. Improvement and development of clean room AMC and new FOUP cleaning BKM.
5. Development of product quality control (SPC) and improvement of chip defects to enhance yield and electrical characteristics.
6. Assist new customers in introducing the company's product platform and experimental development (DOE), and coordinate with customers to write relevant documents (FMEA/SIPOC/PMAP/RPR).
During my master's studies, I entered the Institute of Atomic and Molecular Sciences at Academia Sinica as a research assistant, mainly studying experiments related to benzene rings and cluster-related molecular beams. I completed my master's degree during this period and successfully published the results in Chemical Physics Letters; Resonant two-photon ionization and mass-analyzed threshold ionization spectroscopy of 3,5-difluorophenol.
