1. Engage in semiconductor wet etching process-related work, including experimental analysis, introduction of new generation equipment, and optimization program development, to improve factory process stability and efficiency, and enhance product yield.

2. Assist the company in introducing new generation wet etching equipment and wet etching BKM technology development to help the company develop products for different customers and different generations.

3. Development of new generation logic product wet etching process technology.

4. Improvement and development of clean room AMC and new FOUP cleaning BKM.

5. Development of product quality control (SPC) and improvement of chip defects to enhance yield and electrical characteristics.

6. Assist new customers in introducing the company's product platform and experimental development (DOE), and coordinate with customers to write relevant documents (FMEA/SIPOC/PMAP/RPR).

"About Me" I am Peng Wei-Chih, born in 1991 in Hsinchu. I like to observe fashion trends and styles, and also enjoy going to the gym to relax during my spare time.

  • Education Stage: Graduated from the Master's Program in Chemistry at National Taiwan Normal University in 2016, and during the summer of 2014, participated in the recruitment of master's research assistants at the Institute of Atomic and Molecular Sciences of the Academia Sinica, successfully becoming one of the four quota slots, during which a two-year master's career in the Biochemical Molecular Mass Spectrometry and Spectroscopy Laboratory (supervisor: Professor Zeng Wenbi) was conducted, and finally the research results were published in an international journal (Chemical Physics Letters; Resonant two-photon ionization and mass-analyzed threshold ionization spectroscopy of 3,5-difluorophenol).
  • Professional Stage: In December 2017, worked as a Wet Etch Technology Development Process Engineer at PSMC P1/2 position. I am mainly responsible for introducing customer products into the company system, including the introduction and experimental analysis of wet etching new processes, quickly establishing logical product process flows, defect and yield improvement, and final quality monitoring, thereby improving factory process stability and product yield, with the ultimate goal of transitioning products to mass production. Currently engaged in business involving 5G high-frequency chips and image processing chips. These experiences have cultivated my ability to quickly analyze problems using logical reasoning. On the factory side, in line with advanced processes, evaluate the introduction of new equipment and BKM recipe development. Currently, two complete product platforms have been ramped into mass production, and the remaining yield rates have also met customer standards entering pilot production. During my six years at PSMC, I have grown into a senior engineer with the ability to independently solve problems, and seeing the products I am responsible for gradually entering mass production has brought me a sense of accomplishment. After becoming familiar with the semiconductor industry working mindset, I am eager to further challenge myself in a different environment, explore different opportunities and learning spaces. I am actively seeking opportunities in multinational and foreign companies, hoping to achieve a career breakthrough in learning in a new environment and challenges.
