My name is Wei.
I am working as an SI engineer in FIT from April 2021, and my main task is to solve the high-frequency signal processing of DDR and PCIE, specializing in the use of software is HFSS.
I have worked with some well-known manufacturers, and these collaborations have increased my problem-solving experience and made me more familiar with connectors in the field of high frequency.
In FIT, I was responsible for customer cases such as Dell CAMM Socket, Intel PCIe7 / DDR6 socket, AMD SP5 Socket,swift connector, EDSFF connector, SH6 socket... In past two years about a dozen cases have been completed.
As the result, it would be appreciated if I have given the chance to showcase my talent here.

- Supported customer success through providing expert guidance on best practices for maintaining optimal signal integrity in their designs.
- Design next generation CPU socket and connector.
Using Ansys HFSS to analyze and design connectors such as CPU sockets, SFF8639, Cable, etc. to optimize S-parameters, impedance, etc. with different structures and materials, and to provide customers with the analysis data they need to pass the PCIe Gen5 and Gen6 specifications.
- Performing time domain and frequency domain analysis for high-speed socket and connector.
- Validate connector performance through measurement with TDR and VNA.
