  • When I was sophomore, I successfully obtained the job of international tour leader in a travel agency. I have led more than 250 tour groups, covering 50 countries. Although I have encountered many challenges and situations, such as car accidents, passengers being sent to hospitals, sudden illnesses, flight cancellations, difficult customers, epidemic closures, etc. I would provide customers with the best travel services and related assistance, and problems will be solved easily. I had a sense of achievement when I finished doing my task and receive the compliments from the customers.
  • At the same time, I have grasped every precious time and devoted myself to my studies. I was admitted to the Institute of Human Resources and Human Resources of Taiwan Normal University this year, and pursued a masters degree to enrich my academic connotation; grabbing the assistant opportunity of China Airlines, expand my vision and understanding of the aviation industry, and make progress towards my dream of entering the aviation industry.
  • Since the new coronavirus outbreak, I entered BenQ as a human resources position, responsible for employee relations, welfare services and education and training, and improved my work vision and human resources professional ability of serving people vision in these two years.
  • After these years of academic knowledge and practical experience, I have found that I have a job attribute of "serving people", and I have taken a big step towards my goal and are full of infinite enthusiasm.
