• Discuss with ASSY PE and MME to improve process, and remove protective tape. (Increase UPH, from 172 to 181, eliminate one manpower and save TWD$1.02 for each product)

Evaluate labor costs to optimize productivity and reduce expenses

• Implement new packaging design: Cooperate with packaging team to evaluate labor cost of new product package design (Eliminate two manpower, save TWD$1.34 for each product)
• Provide labor cost of new package design.
