Reason For Leaving
I initially joined the team to bridge the gap left by a departing PM lead, with the understanding that I would assist an external consultant in the interim and transition to the PM lead position in six months. Unexpectedly, the original PM lead returned two months into my tenure, relegating me to a general PM role. This shift diverged from our initial agreement and my career trajectory, prompting me to seek opportunities that better match my professional goals.
