I was assigned with three types of classes: private 1-2 person session, speaking lessons for 8-25 learners, and group session for more than 25. The learners were around 18-45 years old, mostly intermediate, who need lots of opportunities to practice speaking and writing, using newly acquired academic vocabulary. 60% of my students aimed at TOEIC score 450-600, 30% would love to pronounce precisely (or nearly-native, so to speak), and 10% strove for career breakthrough (the most motivated). Here are some other aspects of my teaching career:

• Prepared and implemented lesson plans covering required course topics.
• Led interesting and diverse group activities to engage students in course material.
• Consulted with teachers in other disciplines to identify and adopt successful instructional strategies.

• Worked under tight deadlines.
• Used coordination and planning skills to achieve results according to schedule.
• Used critical thinking to break down problems, evaluate solutions and make decisions.
• Participated in team-building activities to enhance working relationships.
• Conducted research, gathered information from multiple sources and presented results.
• Used Microsoft Word and other software tools to create documents and other communications.
