WU Cheng-Yin

I have been employed in the Quality Control Department at Formosa Laboratories. Inc. for the past three years. During this time, I have been responsible for a general analysis, including general chemical analyses (such as ICP-MS), as well as instrumental techniques including Liquid Chromatography (LC) and Gas Chromatography (GC). I have accumulated approximately two years of hands-on experience in instrumental analysis.

My responsibilities primarily include instrument operation and data processing. In terms of instrument operation, I am proficient in routine tasks such as column installation and removal, system control, and pre-run stability checks. Throughout routine operations, I have encountered and resolved various technical issues, which has enabled me to develop solid troubleshooting skills.

In data analysis, I focus on ensuring data integrity by applying appropriate processing parameters (e.g., integration settings) to accurately reflect analytical results. Recently, I have also begun training in and successfully implemented Agilent OpenLab CDS 2.X software platform.
