1. Set up and configure user/client computer environments, including installation of application software and necessary tools.

2. Provide technical support for both hardware and software issues, including PC assembly, maintenance, troubleshooting, and peripheral device management.

3. Diagnose and resolve network-related issues efficiently, including firewall configurations, VLAN segmentation, IP management, and switch/router troubleshooting.

4. Perform on-site support across departments for resolving connectivity problems, such as unstable networks, server access issues, and system link errors.

5. Independently handle daily IT operations and write standard operating procedures (SOPs) for internal use.

6. Carry out tasks assigned by supervisors with efficiency and minimal supervision.

7. Manage and maintain the company’s SQL databases, including routine backup, optimization, and integrity checks.

8. Maintain and troubleshoot enterprise systems, including Dingxin ERP, BPM e-Form workflows, EasyFLOW form systems, and HRM platforms.

9. Deploy and manage ESXi servers; responsible for building, configuring, and maintaining virtual machines via VMware.

10. Handle NAS shared folder access control, storage capacity planning, and permission settings.

11. Participate in the network infrastructure setup and server room planning for the company’s second plant, including planning for new network nodes, server racks, and wiring layout.

12. Design and implement software for meeting room management systems and automation tools.
