I am a professional with an academic background in Health and Nutrition, holding both a HACCP certification, with solid knowledge of food safety and hygiene management. During my studies, I not only gained expertise in nutrition and health-related subjects but also completed an internship at a hospital nutrition department, where I developed a strong foundation in food service hygiene, ingredient management, and communication skill.
After graduation, I went on a working holiday in Canada. Living abroad not only improved my language skills but also strengthened my resilience, adaptability, planning and execution, and problem-solving abilities. From handling the complex visa application process to adapting quickly to a new environment, I learned how to stay calm under pressure and find effective solutions. At language school, I connected with people from diverse cultural backgrounds, which broadened my perspective. During my time in Canada, I worked three part-time jobs simultaneously, gaining hands-on experience in food service and hospitality. These experiences confirmed my passion for interacting with people, providing excellent service, and working collaboratively in a team environment.
I enjoy serving and connecting with people. I believe my background and the resilience and service skills I developed in Canada will help me contribute as a Front of House or Back of House team member. I look forward to growing and developing with MIAN & BAO, using my professional knowledge and passion for service to create a welcoming and enjoyable dining experience for every guest.
