Autobiography
I graduated from the Department of Transportation Science, National Taiwan Ocean University. During these period, I studied many transportation-related subjects, including Basic Transportation, Navigation, Aeronautics, Advanced Composite Transportation, Port Logistics Management, International Logistics, and Aviation Management. Besides the required subjects, I challenged myself through signing up Independent Study with my professor, Dr. Ming-Feng Yang. This study targeted the optimization in logistics. I teamed up with my classmates, and we cooperated with one practitioner in this field to understand the problems this company faced in logistics in Taiwan. The research result was written as a thesis and awarded as Honorable Mention of CTW Logistics Corporation. When I entered department of transportation science during my college years, I began to think about whether I could something with my learning to improve the transportation economy in a sustainable approach for the rapid economic changes in modern society. So after my graduation from college, I chose to study further in the master program of Institute of Applied Economics, National Taiwan Ocean University. In this program, I studied hard to enrich myself in Economics and Management science, eager to verify the professional knowledge and theory with the problems in the real life. So I set my thesis topic to explore the economic benefit analysis of green transportation. In July 2018, I successfully obtained my master degree and luckily I even published a paper adapted from my thesis in English at the International 2018 informs Taipei International Conference. I believe that the process and experience of my study during my master program can lay the most complete foundation for my professional career.
