As the official representative and school leader for my university, I was responsible for coordinating YunTech's first-time participation in this national campaign. I led external communications, oversaw message design and delivery logistics, and collaborated with student representatives from over 30 universities across Taiwan. From planning campaign promotions to ensuring timely cross-campus execution, I managed both the creative and operational aspects of the event. This role greatly enhanced my project coordination, leadership, and stakeholder communication skills while sharpening my sense for visual storytelling and target-based promotion.
Co-led a large-scale overnight orientation camp in collaboration with the Mechanical Engineering Department. Oversaw budgeting, interdepartmental coordination, game design, and activity planning. Additionally, as the event host, I facilitated on-stage proceedings, maintained audience engagement, and ensured smooth program execution.This experience honed my crisis management and leadership skills under pressure while boosting my confidence in public speaking and live event hosting.
