1. Staff Cost Planning- Understand the budget flow of 12 Maison and Richemont regional function (RRF).
2. Co-work with HR BPs to plan staff cost and requests from Finance / Region / HQ.
3. Review year-to-date result and co-work with HR BPs to reflect impacts in staff cost planning. (Using SAP to interface the data)
4. To be a staff cost planning expert to continually optimize budget cross functions and Brands.
5. Co-create new template in cooperation with controlling team to enhance current budget review process with accurate and efficient.
