As for my professional experience, I worked at E. SUN Bank from Aug. 2020 until May. 2022 as an Associate Relationship Manager, responsible for providing loans and other financial services to enterprises. This job basically requires consideration and communication. For example, we must be careful with our daily routines, such as analyzing financial strengths of clients, to persuade our supervisors to approve the loans. Also, I learned about risk control in order to keep our bank solid by mitigating defaults. Take one of my clients for example, it is the biggest supplier of the outer box for Apple. While serving, I learned a great deal of management skills from the company’s chairman because how to deal with staff at various production centers in Los Angles, Vietnam, and Taiwan is crucial.
