In charge of Primavista and Primavista Ange, both EC and PCS cosmetics brand.
According to different selling channels and price range of the two brands, I manage both offline and online marketing strategies via various platforms.

• Product management of 35+ active SKUs of foundation products and 15+ value packs for PCS sales promotion.
• Responsible for Primavista total brand re-launch expansion and lead over 5+ new product development both Primavista and Primavista Ange.
• Successfully drove a 30% sales increase in Primavista Ange (based on PCS market) and a 298% sales increase in Primavista (based on EC market) compared with 2022.
• Identify consumer trends and market opportunities prior to each launch, propose branding materials (key claims, key visuals, OTV, EC landing page, etc.) for all platforms.
• Conduct marketing actions included but not limited to digital IBC exposure, store displays, cross-industry cooperation, and direct sales event.
• Report monthly foundation market competitors and analysis to VP and control ATL/BTL budget to manage P&L.

• Set and control the business registration schedule, act as a bridge between the government and companies, and complete the progress of 2 companies starting operations.
• Provide companies with operational consulting based on financial statements to help companies optimize payment process, understand cost control issues and provide financial advices.
• Lead a team of 4 auditing members for understanding tax-related issues and provide solution.

• Manage team members and client communication, and oversaw private equity fund sales projects from inception to implementation.
• Conduct interviews for understanding client needs, budgets, and customized financial product content.
• Conduct a sales schedule and successfully make a deal with commercial partners of a private equity fund
• Monitor trading process in Taiwan equity market.
