• Review contracts(e.g. cross-selling agreement, labor contract, purchase agreement, lease agreement. etc ), identify relevant legal risks, ensure compliance with legal regulations and the company's internal policies, and assist the company in negotiating contract terms and conditions with counterparty to safeguard company's interests.
• Provide professional legal analysis and opinions on legal issues(e.g. online insurance services, cross-selling in Financial Holding Company Act, insurance claims, clients' data protection, etc), enabling the company to be aware of legal risks and minimize or avoid the risk of penalties or litigations when doing business activities or project.
• Follow the latest laws / regulations and regulatory trends, administrative sanctions from regulatory authorities, compile them for the reference of the company's management team.
• Serve as an internal education and training instructor. Deliver speeches about financial regulations/laws to make company's staff well-acquainted with regulations/laws and further mitigate the risk of non-compliance.

Serving as a research assistant in the research project "Legal Issues on the Employee Stock Ownership Trust and Employee Restricted Shares Trust" conducted by Prof. Te-Fang Chu.
The job responsibilities are as follows:

• Conduct an investigation into the adoption of employee stock trusts by listed companies.
• Engage in comparative law (e.g. U.S Laws) research, and collect, organize, and analyze the relevant documents and literature.
