Currently working in LINE Bank as a channel planning specialist.

As an Operation Specialist with experience developing realistic solutions, co-working with UX designer and ITs to assure satisfactory user experience is crucial for me.

Also I'm the partner of product owners, server ITs and front-end ITs. A release and content manager of contents on all APP and website for LINE Bank.

Participated in several LINE Bank product release, such as Term Deposit product, Friends referral campaign and the grand open of LINE Bank.

UX spec reviewing, UAT testing, receiving content requirement and arrange resources for CMS operation are daily responsibilities.

Quite fluency in English. Scoring 920 in TOEIC and finished master thesis with English.

  • Co-work with senior planner to make sure feasible user flows with great user experience under correct business requirement.
  • Confirm requirements with business owners, and we will cooperate with UX team.
  • Cooperate with server and back-end IT and front-end ITs.
  • Before function or product release, UAT testing is under conducted.
  • After release, improvement and phase 2 development will be conducted.
  • Mainly focus on content management for LINE Bank website and App.
  • Arranging request for alterable contents, and plan column and contents need to provided from CMS system to front-end interface.
