As a Project Manager, I was able to meet project deadlines without sacrificing quality and being under budget control.

Working scope:

• Building and leading cross-functional teams according to different topics. Transfer effective information to internal and external parties.
• Introducing hundreds of new products within yearly targets. Yearly sales amounts hit 2 million US dollars.
• Hosting weekly project and engineering technical meetings with high MGMT team and customers. Major customers: GE Aerospace, Collins Aerospace, GKN Aerospace, Triumph Group, MOOG inc., Boeing Distribution Services Inc., SAFRAN, etc.

As a Product engineering team's section Manager, I was able to managed costs and monitored performance. Exceeded goals through effective task prioritization and great work ethic.

Working scope:

• Managing a technical team with nine colleagues, including four Product engineers, four Mechanical engineers, and a Document controller.
• Helping the Sales team to build up a product cost structure. Mainly focusing on Forging and machining products.
• Searching and maintaining outsourcing suppliers' project schedules and technical support.
• Drove team success through shared vision and recognition of quality performance. Provided detailed operational direction in project challenges.

• Developed and maintained courteous and effective working relationships with internal cross functional team.
• Resolved conflicts and negotiated mutually beneficial agreements between parties.
• Collaborated with team members to achieve target results including outsource suppliers.
• Learned new skills and software and applied to daily tasks to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Proved successful working within tight deadlines and fast-paced atmosphere.
• Mainly dedicated to General Electric Aerospace engine components and BOEING aircraft body components. Hosting weekly project and engineering technical meetings with customers.
• Achievement: Completed introducing dozen new products and helped organize cost structure information to support the Sales dept.
