After earned a master’s degree in financial law from Fujen university .My thesis is the issues of international factoring.

After retiring from the army, I entered a law firm as a legal specialist and legal clerk of the Supreme Court, where I learned to settle legal disputes.

After passing the Taiwan Bar Examination, I mainly dealt with real estate and civil and commercial disputes. I served as an independent director and participated in corporate governance and board operations. I also served as a part-time lecturer at a university, teaching intellectual property law courses.

In addition, I passed the Mainland Judicial Examination and went to Shanghai for an internship. After obtaining the Mainland lawyer qualification, my practice area spanned cross-strait legal affairs.

Recently, I has served as legal specialist in the company. My duties include handling labor disputes, conducting litigation, contract review, internal training, compliance, providing legal advice , and assisting in improving the company's operations from a legal perspective.

I often keep an optimistic mind, and dare to try out new things and to accept challenges. I hope that I'll transform my past experience into future performance. I'm looking forward to working together.
