Graduated in 2020 from National United University with a degree inBusiness Administration.
From graduation until February 2023, I worked at King Yuan Electronics Co., Ltd. as a Manufacturing Engineer.
Although my academic background was not directly related to engineering, during my tenure I was assigned to work as a shift Equipment Engineer in response to manpower and equipment requirements on the production line. In this role, I gained fundamental hands-on experience and familiarity with packaging equipment. Later I transitioned to a Manufacturing Engineering position, where my daily responsibilities were still closely related to production-line equipment. In addition to coordinating equipment usage on the production line, I also assisted line supervisors by monitoring key equipment conditions and production output.
With the goal of working in the Hsinchu Science Park, I subsequently joined a wafer fabrication plant, Taya Semiconductor, as a Photolithography Equipment Engineer. After three months, I was assigned to a rotating four-shift schedule, during which I gradually developed my own logical approach to troubleshooting equipment failures. Through continuous learning and guidance from senior colleagues, I have become increasingly proficient in handling equipment abnormalities. I also frequently exchange ideas and experiences with colleagues who joined around the same time, comparing different approaches to equipment-related issues and inspiring new ways of thinking.
Now entering my fifth year in the workforce, I have come to realize how rapidly the semiconductor industry evolves. This has motivated me to reflect on my next career step. After nearly four years of hands-on experience on the production line, I aim to further strengthen my expertise in manufacturing processes and equipment systems. I aspire to achieve tangible professional growth and accomplishments within the next three to five years.
