1.Project: Build new public facilities in a new reclamation area in Taipei Port –(road, drainage, sewage, electrical , telecom pipes ,temporary substation etc.) 臺北港南碼頭區公共設施工程

Area:440,000 square meters

Responsibilities

• Perform construction contract to achieve project goal according to agreed period and budget.
• Internally, solve problems and bridge differences happened between engineering consulting firm, construction supervision team and construction company (contractor).(EX. Site obstacles, change design, schedule management)
• Externally, solve interface problems happened from other construction contractors and tenant subsea pile manufacturer in this new reclamation area during construction phase, eliminate risks and maintain each parties to achieve project goal in a win-win result.(EX. Road timely provided for subsea pile transport, public utilities timely provided for manufacturer’s new-built factory for business operation.)

Project:CPC(China Petroleum company -shalung No.1 offshore oil pipeline replacement project 中油桃園沙崙外海1號海底油管更新工程

Responsibilities

• Local onshore site supervisor and quality advisor (assist onshore transport, check both onshore and offshore quality documents)
• Assist project manager and contract manager to Communicate between CPC and Van Oord in project issues
• Assist Project manager to deal with local affairs (subcontractors, oil supplier, government permits, fishery association)
• Meeting Translator between CPC and Van Oord

Project: IMPAX 2nd phase plant project(Pharmaceutical Plant)美商益邦製藥竹南二期廠房工程

Responsibilities

• Keep close communication between technical, project and purchasing departments to keep project smooth rpogress.
• Keep close communication with manufacturer to ensure timely and safely delivery of our orders according to purchasing orders.
• Coordinate with delivery schedule between CTCI and manufacturer, reflect delay risks to project coordinator and project manager, regularly prepare up-to-date report for project manager.

Responsibilities

Perform Shipping contract between U-ming Marine and Taiwan power company for coal transport 裕民-台電運煤合約

• Communicate with Captain to ensure voyage safely in different phase, and reflects any possible risks to manager.
• Oil purchasing.
• Freight application and expenses handling to client for each voyage.
