• Responsible for development of proprietary brands Dr. Scholl's, Bzees & Ryka, overseeing development process from tech pack/ CAD from U.S. Design team to completion of Line/ FFANY sample making and preparation of production transfer.
• Dr. Scholl's/ Bzees and Ryka are categorized in wellness with different feathers. All brands include sandal, closed shoes, boots while Dr. Scholl's contains working shoes and wellness sockliner/ shoes. Bzees is light weighted shoe with dress shoes looks but stretchy upper and comfortable fit. Ryka is high performance athletic shoes with stabilizer, upper sublimation and sophisticated upper treatment.
• Managed 18 ppl in development, technical and fit team.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including tooling, purchasing, costing, pre-production and quality assurance team as well as factories.
• Gain in-depth understanding of each brand’s DNA, develop optimal samples, and considering feasibility of mass production.
• Thoroughly understand suitable shoes styles and price range of carious factories, strategically allocated most suitable shoe style.
